Built a custom APQP inventory management app tracking 100+ prototype parts with real-time updates, label generation, and scrap reporting — dramatically improving traceability for program managers.
Designed a standalone pneumatic greasing station for low-volume control arms in SolidWorks, automating a manual process and improving part repeatability on non-automated lines.
Engineered an optimized packaging solution for GM's C1XX control arm program, maximizing space utilization and protecting parts for production shipments.
Led non-production builds and shipments under strict deadlines, achieving 100% on-time delivery across Ford and GM suspension programs.
Performed competitor benchmarking by disassembling OEM control arms, documenting design features and tolerances to inform higher-performing in-house components.

Built an autonomous rope-climbing gondola that carries six passengers up a 30° incline, makes timed intermediate stops, and returns on its own — using a dual-wheel friction drive and Arduino IR control.
